*** PLEASE NOTE *** Your order may attract customs, duties and taxes. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country in which you are receiving the package. As we are unable to advise the amount this may be, please check with your local customs authority prior to placing an order.  We are not responsible for lost packages in the mail, we will not refund if non trackable has been selected. We cannot confirm the location of the package and therefore cannot issue refunds when packages are lost through the USPS.  Please contact sales@jackandbay.com with any concerns. 


Returns, Exchanges and Defective Product

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be defective within 90 days. Due to the nature of our product, we cannot return product for any other reason for safety and hygiene concerns. We will not resell returned merchandise.
